1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nautir ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nautir. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload malicious software or content
  • Scrape or collect user data
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Sailing-Bounded Connections

Nautir is designed for cruise travelers to connect on specific sailings. Your profile visibility and chat access are tied to your sailing dates. Chats become read-only 48 hours after your sailing's return date.

6. Premium Subscription

Nautir offers premium subscription plans with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Prices may change with notice

7. Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Nautir a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App. Content must not:

  • Contain nudity or sexually explicit material
  • Promote violence or illegal activities
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Contain spam or commercial solicitation

8. Safety and Reporting

We provide tools to block and report users. We investigate reports and may take action including account suspension or termination. However, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. Use caution when meeting anyone in person.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nautir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
